The BMS is registered in B navigation category. All the equipments are in accordance with the EC standards

The construction

The hulls are in sandwich foam PVC 63/80 realized in infusion with some resin Vinylester for a protection against the osmosis and gelcoat ISO NPG. All the bulkheads, the bridge and the furnitures are also built in foam and fiberglass to relieve the boat. The mast is aluminum but can be realized in carbon,
The BMS 33 possesses 8 waterproof compartments. One under each of the births (before and under the cockpit, one upstream to the beam before, and one under the hold in the transom), what makes this boat unsinkable.

BMS proposes 2 versions for this catamaran :

Standard Equipement

Interior :

* in each hull, 1 bed under cockpit + 1 in the bow : total 4 beds
* 3 lights in each hull
* Inner walls in white gelcoat
* In starboard hull, furniture with sink, seawater, and gaz cooker 2 burners

* Anodized aluminium mast, 11,80 m (40’ container size)
* Beams and boom in anodized aluminium
* Sails : main in Dacron and solent on Facnor furler
* 1 engine deflector centred at mast foot
* 1 x 4 strokes 9 HP outboard engine (manual starting, tiller)

* a gennaker on furler on bowsprit in anodized alumnium (sous-barbes en kevlar)
* 1 x 4 strokes 15CV outboard engine (electrical starting, commands sent back in portside cockpit )
